Wonder when we’ll start seeing landing legs upgrades. Obviously it really doesn’t matter that much right now as they don’t really care to recover and reuse these early prototypes, but it’ll be fun to see a less janky landing leg on Starship!
V1.1 legs will be ~60% longer. V2.0 legs will be much wider & taller — like Falcon, but capable of landing on unimproved surfaces & auto-leveling.

2 Days ago, I traveled from Austin to Collin County to speak at the Collin College Board Meeting.
I made the trip b/c I believed my former student advisor Dr.Jones along with Heaslip, and Dr.Burnett deserve to have their jobs back.
