I don’t like ordering books online. I prefer going to the bookstore, skimming through different titles, and then picking the one I intended to buy. It’s a ritual at this point #books
Picked up Kaiju No. 8 @KaijuNo8_O because some friends recommended it to me. First volume was a great mix of action and humor, really enjoyed it #KaijuNo8
Finished the first part of A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson. He explains the origins of the universe, our solar system, and supernovae in a clear and engaging way #books#BooksWorthReading
I’m about to finish the 2nd book of the #ThreeBodyProblem trilogy by Cixin Liu and I’m really enjoying it. Heading to the bookstore later today to grab the 3rd one!
I was imagining what it would be like to live in a neighborhood where all buildings and roads were underground. At sea level, just a park with people walking around—no visible streets or structures
Finished The Fellowship of the Ring during the holidays, and it was such a good read. I’ve always been a fan of the movies, but the book just hits differently
Just finished Only the Paranoid Survive by Andrew Grove. Such a great read! The way he talks about handling big changes in business (or life) is so relevant. Definitely worth checking out

Switched from Cursor to @WebStormIDE by @jetbrains, and I couldn’t be happier. WebStorm’s debugging capabilities are on another level—it makes tackling even the most complex TypeScript projects so much easier
Plus, it’s free for non-commercial use. Highly recommend it
Reading Only the Paranoid Survive by Andrew S. Grove (recommended by @balajis), and it’s fascinating to see his perspective on the early internet. He reflects on how the internet, much like early PCs, started as an imperfect idea but quickly evolved into a world-changing force
It’s a great reminder of how transformative ideas often take time to mature
