I do indeed know what forced perspective is. The position of his feet relative to the line isn’t affected and there are enough angles to form a good approximation of his body position to know roughly where his shoulder (and therefore the ball) is when it leaves the runner’s hand

I fully agree that it’s not conclusive enough for the referees to make a call on that on the field - but it’s absolutely enough for those of us not bound by the same standard of proof to form an opinion that he was more than likely over the line when the ball came loose
