Happy for these guys and all of Waconia baseball, especially Jeremy Salden and Jeff Chrest. They stuck around in tougher times over 20 yearsand bridged the gap to help get Waconia where it is today. @JDSalden

Our @MnBlenders 30 baseball team that heads down to Ft Myers in October is looking to add a couple players after a few players were not able to make it.
DM me for info if interested. Oct 14-21. Need to be 35 to pitch but we could use guys that can play OF/IF as well.

Minnesotan Minor Leaguer of the Day (Inaugural Installment): Wayne Caughey, Brainerd '72.
The #MNTwins drafted Wayne out of St. Cloud State in 1974. He spent parts of SIX seasons at Triple A but never got the call up.

Hats off to the @WaconiaBaseball and the @WaconiaLakers stepping up today. 420 paid attendance for the two games and estimate of 600 with rain out tickets. All of that on short notice. Well done!

What a fantastic championship game! Congrats on a great run by Watertown and to the Skis for claiming another title.
