Today, the en banc U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is considering a key Trump tariffs case.
But guess?
The Democrat-controlled court has illegally sidelined Judge Pauline Newman, a Reagan appointee.
On Monday, they just re-upped Judge Newman's illegal suspension for another year.
Why?
They pretend she's not mentally fit.
Despite three separate doctors opining she's perfectly capable of continuing her judicial service.
This is a clear partisan judicial coup.
Obviously, these Democrat judges don't want Judge Newman voting on Trump's tariffs case.
