Oklahoma State Law requires that ALL incoming 7th Graders MUST have a copy of an updated TDAP shot on record in their schools office BEFORE they can begin school. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR 7TH GRADE STUDENT TO SCHOOL UNTIL A RECORD OF THE TDAP SHOT RECORD IS TURNED IN.
7th Grade TDAP notification ALL incoming 7th Graders MUST have a copy of an updated TDAP shot on record in the CMS Office before they can begin school. The Oklahoma State Board of Health requires all 7th grade students to show proof of having received one dose of Tdap.
