HSAs can be insanely powerful investing accounts if used right:
1) Pay medical expense out of pocket.
2) Save your medical receipts.
3) Invest your HSA so it compounds.
4) Reimburse yourself later.
Triple-tax advantaged isn’t common.
Use it.

No.
If you need the money within 3 years it’s usually recommended to not invest it.
You don’t want to risk the market going down and then being forced to sell.
