Caffe Ibis roasts great coffee without taking shortcuts ("Triple Certified" = organic fair trade bird friendly) and somehow still sells it a reasonable price. Plus they'll grind it coarsely before shipping it to you. Love it! @CaffeIbis

Since you’re staying, @caffeibis is a great Utah coffee roaster. caffeibis.com/ @robertmarc60 has been a fan ever since Alan H started pouring them at the SLC Coffee Garden in 1993. Great/early supporters of #eatlocal. You’ll find it in St. George; we get it shipped in.
