ALT PENTAKILL NEEDS A NEW BASSIST. Cait K. - tall, British and insanely hot, is a killer on her four-string. Vi is sold, Sky is relieved to have the role filled and even Scar approves. But Jinx has a problem. Cait K. is a Piltie. Pentakill is an all Zaunite, Lanes-based band for the people of the Underground. Not Topside. Still, Pentakill needs a new bassist, and Cait K. is their best bet. As the band adjusts to their new sound, Jinx finds time in between gigs and arguments to figure out if Cait K. is really the right fit for them. And while the tension grows, Jinx's defiance is tested with the allure of Cait's musical talent, her tumultuous relationship with Vi, and the smoke breaks shared between them.

#caitjinx in moments of high anxiety, caitlyn’s instinct is to withdraw (and occasionally raise her voice if she’s being pressed mid-spiral), then process her emotions using logic and reason. she’s solution-oriented and will take action to “fix” whatever it is upsetting her.
caitlyn, on the other hand, takes a tentative approach. waits for a sign that she's welcome in jinx’s space (and she always is).
