Thank you for the unforgettable experience,
@MissUniverso, of having been part of the panel of judges for this 74th edition of the pageant!
In life, when we are entrusted with the task of judging beauty, we will never be exempt from controversy and debate, because as we well know: "La belleza siempre está en los ojos de quien la mira" (Beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder).
I admire the jury's decision to crown Fátima, Miss Universe. Her victory, after feeling disrespected by a discriminatory comment, is a powerful declaration: the modern woman is not meant for "calladita te ves más bonita" (you look prettier when you are quiet), she is a CHINGONA who raises her voice!
As a defender of female leadership, I celebrate her courage. She showed us that the true crown is won by refusing to submit and by raising her voice for dignity. This is the essence of a modern Miss Universe platform: it is no longer just about undeniable physical beauty, but about the authenticity of a neurodivergent woman who has prepared herself to project a leadership that transcends borders, a leadership not only Latin but global.
Let's celebrate her! Let's honor the year of hard work that awaits her.
In this moment, we are all Fátima. We are all Mexico!
