Former Panthers CB Captain Munnerlyn confirms he's joining Ted Ginn's staff with the Aviators.
With the UFL's spring season, Munnerlyn will remain the head coach at Chambers High, where he won a playoff game last fall in his first year at the Charlotte school.
Per @JamesLarsenPFN, the Columbus Aviators have hired Captain Munnerlyn as defensive coordinator.
A former First-Team All-SEC selection and NFL tenured cornerback, he recently had been serving as a high school head coach in North Carolina.
