Secret to a successful EDS 1. Set org equality objectives 2. Implement the EDS to check progress 3. Use the data from the EDS to identify improvement 4. Use the EDS outcomes in your overall SED report The EDS is an ANNUAL framework in line with PSED reporting 🙂
