People don’t know how much of a grind it is to be a college coach… Recruiting is more DEMANDING than ever. They spend time away from their families and get highly criticized from fans and media. One bad season and their lives can get turned upside down. Give some grace and patience in the evaluation process.

Every kid THINKS they’re a scorer. Only 5% of players are scorers.

Would also add to not post your highlights under every generic post a coach makes!

DM’ing 50 coaches with a generic message isn’t recruiting…….it’s spam. Personalize it. Show you’ve actually watched their program.
