Hold yourself accountable for your worthiness. Especially on the days that you feel the doubt/fear/resistance bubble up the most. We are moving mountains this year and the only thing in our way is ourselves. LFG!
I see it for myself. I feel it for myself. I know it for myself.
2022 is the year that we FULLY know what we are capable of. The year that we embody what we truly desire. The year that the vision and the standard are clear AF.
We are holding ourselves back, keeping ourselves small by letting these questions distract us from what we really want and what we are truly worthy of.
Will I jinx myself? Will I be judged? Will I be doubted? Laughed at? Will I lose people who are in my corner?
Why are we so afraid to fully claim what we REALLY want? I know I’m afraid that I’ll say it out loud and then it won’t happen.
Make space in your life to do things you love. Make time for silence and stillness. Make room for magical ideas to have straight shot into your magical brain. Your next best idea is just waiting for you to hear it.
If you are constantly consuming things like: social media, podcasts, watching TV, other people’s opinions, then you are never going to find YOUR answers. You’ll just put someone else’s answer on and wander around wondering why it’s not working.
Do you find that your best ideas come to you in the shower or on a long car ride? It’s because you actually have space for ideas to come to you.
Stop chasing down the answers. Give yourself space to allow the answers to come to you.
You are worthy of love. You are worthy of happiness. You are worthy of living your truth. You deserve to claim all of these for yourself. YOU ARE WORTHY just by existing.
Your worth is defined by YOU. Not societal standards. Not your parents. Not your friends. Not your spouse. Not your bank statement. Not your audience metrics.
Your worth is not defined by how many hours you work.
Your worth is not defined by how quickly or how long it takes you to “crush your goals”.
Your worth as a mother is not defined by whether your breastfeed or formula feed.
Your worth is not defined by your income or client list.
Your worth is not defined by your Instagram following.
4. Instead of looking at how far you have to go, remember how far you've come to get here. 5. Do nothing. Like absolutely nothing. And release the guilt. Rest IS productive.
Here are some ways to rest today... 1. Try grounding. Put your bare feet in the ground while you drink your coffee. 2. Get lost in a fiction book. 3. Make a list of things that drain you and things that energize you. Do one of the things that energizes you.
