In the official Italian ver. they translate "usuratonkachi" as "cretinetto" instead of "loser." And it’s honestly much better! Because "loser" feels too harsh. "Cretinetto" (small/cute stupid) is often used teasingly or affectionately among friends, family, or romantic partners.
