.@vueling - we were caught in the Mt. Etna flight cancellations last week in Catania, we cannot reach anyone to process our refund. Reservation number is showing "invalid" online, on the app and via phone but I have the boarding passes with the number on them. Can you help?

Hello again, @Generac - after waiting a year for my generator (a $15k purchase) now you want ME to install the WiFi kit? And risk damage? Nope.Your installer promised to do this for me when it arrived, he's not responding. I can't get through on your customer service line. Help!
