Today, we have mutually parted ways with @Lep_ow who has decided to pursue a different direction heading into Stage 2.
We want to thank Lep for his time on DSG and for being a great teammate. We wish him all the luck and success in his future pursuits.

Lep has always been a really great player and Iโve been a huge supporter of his career.
I hate to see a player get pushed away because of fan negativity.
Just because we are watching these players play through a screen, doesnโt mean there isnโt a person behind it all.
As a community, we need to do better. There is a difference between hate and criticism.

At the end of Stage 1 and going into this stage, Lep and I spoke quite a bit about his mental health and where he is at as a player. I still believe he is a great player who can make a large impact in the game, but it was obvious the strain of playing 2-3 blocks per day since Jan and dealing with insane hate from fans was taking its toll.
We had asked that Lep take a sub position to use stage 2 as a reset, but he ultimately asked to be released from the roster.
As a long-time friend of his, I hope that he takes some time away to come back stronger because I know the competitor in him will not let him stop. He is and will always be an asset to any team he is a part of and those who will have him in the future will be lucky.
