Whether you celebrate Easter or not, enjoy the long weekend and, hopefully, the opportunity to get outside in nature.

4 years post diagnosis today I am stepping up to the big one. Running a marathon for @bloodcancer_uk with my husband who has been with me every step of the way - although probably a few steps ahead today 😅 justgiving.com/fundraising/g…

There's much talk about the demise of hierarchy & the move towards agile, flat organisations. These authors suggest that a new kind of hierarchy is emerging: one that's evolving to manage the tension between employee's needs for autonomy/space AND leadership coordination/cooperation on a very large scale: sloanreview.mit.edu/article/… By @NicolaiFoss @petergklein

A unique new resource is launched today to support leaders in their efforts to spread & scale innovations and improvements. It sets out seven categories of methods/approaches & which to use/when: horizonsnhs.com/a-new-and-un… Via @DianeKetley

Cheers and best wishes @scholastic_rat
Working from home makes for oddly solitary leaving dos, but that hasn’t stopped me taking myself out for leaving drinks, courtesy of @ElliottSpaeth! Cheers!

On February 14, we come together to commemorate the lives of those we have lost - our Indigenous sisters, mothers, aunties, kookums, nieces. When we come together, we are strong. LFMO hopes that you can take the time today & every day to invest in your well-being. #MMIWG

I had that same feeling when I finally bought soup spoons
So I bought one of these today. Always wanted one. It’s made me disproportionately happy 😊

"One of the criticisms I've faced over the years is that I'm not aggressive enough or assertive enough, or maybe somehow, because I'm empathetic, it means I'm weak. I totally rebel against that. I refuse to believe that you cannot be both compassionate & strong." Jacinda Ardern

Sad but such a wonderful role model: “The prime minister of Australia paid tribute to Ardern, saying she “has shown the world how to lead with intellect and strength…She has demonstrated that empathy and insight are powerful leadership qualities.” theguardian.com/world/2023/j…

I can help, Dan. Here is one from yesterday during what may be our one day of sun in January 🐾
Back to work and all bills coming out on the same day has made me a very sad Dan. Need pictures of pets to cheer me up.
