I know y'all have been waiting for this announcement so I do apologize for the delay. TYT has now been around for about 1 Year. Our success as a team that's this new has been unprecedented. And there are so many of you to thank for that. Our pros, our staff, our managers, our players, our owners, and our investors and sponsors. We can never thank you enough for all you have contributed to the future of this team. This being said, we have been lacking in something that has stopped us from being a truly great professional team. Our actions online..... This needs to be changed. I am guilty of this as well(Kronos). But so are each and every one of you. How you act online is a direct representation of the team both inside and outside of the game. Whether or not you are joking about something, your actions online are seen as acceptable to others when they are not what we stand for. Starting today, the team will be restructured. We are now aiming to be a more family-friendly organization professional. I have met with at least half a dozen parents of pros and regular players who have voiced that they want to show this team to their families or peers but feel like they could not because of our professionalism online as a team as a whole. So with our new requirements, we will also be adding disciplinary actions for poor actions online whether it's social media or on Discord! I know this may anger some of you and may make you want to leave. But this is truly for the betterment of the whole team and honestly will have y'all mature a whole lot faster. REQUIREMENTS: 1. NO HARASSMENT OF OTHERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA 2. TRY TO REFRAIN FROM CURSE WORDS ONLINE 3. NO RACIAL TERMS EVER USED 4. NO RETALIATION ON POSTS THAT ARE AIMED TOWARDS YOU OR OTHERS 5. MAINTAIN POSITIVE LOOK ON SOCIALS CONSEQUENCES: 1. THREE STRIKE METHOD 2. After each strike a public apology must be issued to those you have offended 3. after 3 strikes you will be removed from the team for at least 1 month With all of these reports, we will make sure to seek out the facts and do our due diligence to ensure that the proof is legit and our new system isn't being abused by others who seek to harm our players.
