The ironic moment you realise that due to studying all through covid your graduation is the first/last time everyone from the PT/OT cohort is in one place
A well needed weekend break in Norwich rounded off with a great kayak race in k2 with my bestie & getting 3rd place on her first race back in a year following an injury #kayakraces
What's better than pimms and bbq in the sun!

Today I have learnt that I have always underestimated how uncomfortable/ painful running with blisters actually is, I will now be more sympathetic towards players complaining when they have blisters #lessonslearnt

The amount of disagreements that I've witnessed/ had regarding concussion is crazy. With the most common response being "my child hasn't thrown up or passed out they are fine" more awareness/ education is needed especially within grassroot sports
“If In Doubt, Sit Them Out” Why ? because Concussion is a Brain Injury 🧠 So know the score ✅ What’s your child’s school or club doing to promote awareness/education around Brain Injury in Sport ? sportscotland.org.uk/clubs/s…

A fabulous day at @physiosinsport #acuteinjury22 spring conference. Really interesting topics and key take home messages that I can use to develop my own practice in sport

So nice finishing training this morning and the sun is shining with blue sky!
The exciting moment when you finish morning training and it's actually light outside!
After what feels a long time coming and 2 degrees later final day as a physio student and onto the next chapter as a qualified physio.. @UEA_Physio

When it's icy outside I am definitely a liability - got out the car and slipped straight over
For everything challenge/ obstacle we have to trust the process and accept the journey in order to move forward and trust we will reach where we want to be
After two weeks off getting back in the pool this morning was some what of a challenge 💤
