It is a sad when you make a mobile order for some yummy @Wendys food, get to the recently remodeled restaurant you drive by daily and find a sign on the speaker that shows they close every day before you get off work 😭. (Staffing?) [my work hours 6am to 4:30pm] #OnlyDaysOff

Why? @AmazonHelp ? Until sometime recently, in the Amazon Alexa app, I could have an alarm set to go off every day, but if I wanted to skip a day (or two or more) I could set the date for when it would resume the daily alarms. But now, no date is possible if set to every day?!?

The alarm now is an all or nothing. If set to every day, it is EVERY day. But if you want to resume with a daily alarm but don’t need it immediately, you set the date and THEN have to remember to go CHANGE the alarm to the daily setting. IMO, this is a reduction in flexibility.

So, @FedExHelp I get this error every time I try to set a delivery to be held at a FedEx location, both mobile app (iPhone) and online website. There should be no reason for not allowing me to pick up a package after work rather than letting it sit on my porch for hours.

Sure. I can sign up for a “subscription” with FedEx that allows me to pick approximate delivery times, but as this is only my fourth delivery this year, and I do not ship packages, a subscription would be a waste of money.

I’m simply frustrated with this whole experience. So, if by some chance my package gets stolen off my porch after delivery, instead of taking responsibility for not allowing me to have it delivered securely, I will be the one held responsible for not taking off from work.

Not quite happy at the moment. Still waiting to here from @Shopkick support about a submitted purchase receipt that denied 3 out of 4 items and the combo bonus.
Making me reconsider if purchases will be credited correctly in the future.

Really @lgeku ? if someone doesn’t use much gas, you send someone out to inspect the meter? Do you actually expect to find tampering just because someone has limited their use of gas in their home?
For some reason, I’d bet there’s no apology for being wrong with that assumption

I sure am glad that Blizzard and World of Warcraft support people take care of people / bots / whatever that are spamming fake GM violation messages in attempts at fishing for personal or game information from people. @Warcraft @BlizzardCS

My cable and internet are down again. A little over an hour so far and there’s no obvious reason that I can see. @Ask_Spectrum Is there a service problem in the area? 40207 zip code.

So, my Spectrum services are all down. I suppose due to the storms earlier. I’m going to sleep on it and decide what to do in the morning. Especially since I’m tired of the ever increasing bill (up $40 since this time last year). Really thinking about IgLou DSL service. 🤔
