Apply this to trucking, universities, banks, tech, etc... "by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees"
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

A man entered the U.S. on an H-1B visa and now owns a software company in Dallas. Close to half of his 380 employees are H-1B. Claims he can't find American talent with "up to date" skills and will move jobs overseas if the $100,000 fee stands. This is from a CBS puff piece that sent a reporter to Hyderabad, India to interview students "dreaming" of traveling to the U.S on the F-1 visa and switching to H-1B. Looks like CBS is all in for boundless migration and against American tech workers.

The University of Oklahoma is going crazy hiring H-1Bs. Here is another LCA for an Assistant Coach job paying 115,000 per year. This is ok in OK?

Going limp on H-1B, OPT, and other "legal" visa issue is a big part of why Trump has lost Gen Z. The WH still has a few months to turn it around.

"Why can’t an American do this instead of you?” is the question rattling immigration attorneys. It's coming up in interviews for the uncapped L-1B and E-2 visas. Solid question.

It's true and verifiable. Microsoft owned LinkedIn is firing Californians while simultaneously filing for 615 H-1B visas. No mention of India offshoring but you know that's also in the works. American workers are being crucified on the cross of international labor arbitrage.
🇺🇸 LinkedIn CEO Dan Shapero plans to fire 540 Americans on July 13, 2026. He filed for 615 H-1B visa hires in Q2 2026. Dan was appointed CEO in April. He is already executing a clear strategy to replace American workers. $CUTOFFS

Interesting. 650,000 American maritime jobs at risk as foreign crews move into heartland and coastal waterways. Isn't this how the trucking industry was gutted?
Mississippi mariners are sounding the alarm. The ongoing Jones Act waiver allows foreign vessels and foreign crews into domestic trades, creating uncertainty for the highly trained US mariners who keep America's waterways moving. "It’s a terrible situation," says one captain.
