I love Ted talks. This is not a Ted talk. It’s a hilarious look at the format of a Ted talk – created by This is That Talks, presented by Pat Kelly. It’s pure comedy, and simply a fun way to spend about 4 minutes of your day. Enjoy! --> youtube.com/watch?v=_ZBKX-6G…

We love this simple graphic reminding us to check in with ourselves & ask, "What about this situation can I control? What about this situation is out of my control & therefore, must let go?" 🤔 📸 Brianna Vieira #FridayFeeling #selfcare #mentalhealth #mentalwellbeing

Thanks to the @AEAamp for hosting the coffee break webinar on how to build a culture of evaluation as well as thanks to the 323 people who registered. A common theme in the questions was how to shift people who are resistant to doing evaluation. [1/3]

If they are resistant, it’s oftentimes due to a past bad experience with program evaluation. Validate how they feel, educate them on the value of doing evaluation, and collaborate to create a realistic and meaningful program evaluation process. [2/3]

I’m going to get fired. That’s what you might think if your boss emailed you a report showing your program isn’t meeting its goals. I unpack that fear and offer what to try instead, showing how program evaluation can support your program: evaluationintoaction.com/202…
