過去にクールジャパンファンドが何故かアメリカのワイン定期購入スタートアップに出資した時は驚いた。一応、日本酒を広めるというロジックがあったが「お役所仕事だ…」という感想を抱かずにはいられなかった。
クールかどうかは受け手が決めること、は冷静に考えれば当たり前。価値があるものを、価値がわかる形にして届ける。をやれるように、自分たちの世代で良い方向に変えていきたい

当たり前だと思う。海外の人たちが「クール❣️」と思う日本のものは元々日本発信というよりも彼らのキャッチ力によって広まったものだ。そこに経済的なポイントはあっても政府主導ではなかった（韓国は発信と受け手のバランス作りが上手い）。伝統文化の発信は大切で必要だと思うが、サブカルチャーは発信自体よりも世界中の自由意志の強い受け手をサポートするような意識を持たないと空回りする。ほんと、税金をどれだけ使ったのか、それで雀の涙くらいの成果もあったのか？表層にキャッキャ、ピョンピョンしていずれフェードアウトするような無理解な流行追い・・・以下略

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.
