The current situation:
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

This is bigger than it sounds at first glance. If AI can build natively inside any design system, the gap between "prototype" and "production" collapses. That gap was where weeks of work used to live.
Introducing a Design System Agent, powered by Fable 5. Sync your components, typography, spacing, colors, rules. Share with your team, design anything. Watch me change everything within Duolingo's design system on @magicpatterns:

Somewhere there’s a BDR watching this video like: “wait… it researches prospects, tracks intent signals, writes the email, handles objections, and books the meeting?” Artisan really went from “Stop Hiring Humans” billboard ragebait to shipping the thing everyone was mad about.

Users spent hours trashing an “AI image.” It was a real Monet from 150 years ago. AI hatred is a performance.

Chrome had 15 years and infinite money. Opera shipped the first browser that actually understands what you're trying to do. Native MCP. CLI connectors. Real page context. Every major model in one subscription. The incumbents are about to look very slow.
AI models are already good enough. The workflow isn’t.  Opera Neon changes that forever. — Native MCP CLI connectors — Agents inside your browser session — Real page context live tabs — Every major model in one place, for one price — Tasks that run while you’re away No screenshots. No copy pasting.  No broken thread. The browser finally caught up to the models.

AI is officially out of control 😂

This GPT Image 2 prompt is going insanely viral right now. “Redraw the attached image in the most clumsy, scribbly, and utterly pathetic way possible. Use a white background, and make it look like it was drawn in MS Paint with a mouse. It should be vaguely similar but also not really, kind of matching but also off in a confusing, awkward way, with that low-quality pixel-by-pixel feel that really emphasizes how ridiculously bad it is. Actually, you know what, whatever, just draw it however you want.”

We’re going to Cannes with Hell Grind, a full 80-minute AI feature film. The first AI company stepping into cinema at this scale. A 14-day sprint and 10M credits. Chuck Russell, director of The Mask, watched 23 minutes and was visibly stunned. Watch his reaction below 👇

Another day, another prompt! "Edit the provided image and reimagine the entire scene as a crayon-style drawing. Simplify the details and make it look like it was drawn by a 10-year-old child. Do not use the original image’s colors. Give it the feeling of being drawn on a sheet of white paper, with a very cute, playful, and innocent look. Add charming childlike elements such as flowers, candy, stars, clouds, and other sweet decorative details to enhance the whimsical feel. Keep the overall result adorable, colorful, and full of childlike innocence."
