Shame on @wyrecouncil sending out ambiguous emails suggesting customers pay their green bins fee before end August to save money. How many others have not had bins emptied because we should have paid end of June - no reminders and now we are fiddled out of a month’s collection!

Greatful thanks to #RAC for exceeding expectations in coming to our aid today. The representative was knowledgeable and entertaining in the manor in which he extracted £244 from us for a new battery. Great service.
