I don't usually push the ubiquitous and annoying AI buttons on all software these days, but after my first tweet in 2 years, it asked if I wanted grok to summarize it, and I must say it did a good job.

No idea if anybody from twitch will see this, but exports to youtube are failing a lot recently and you guys are going to delete old vods in two weeks. Kinda need export to work to save years of the SpyParty community's work on your platform. I wish bugs were easier to report.

I don't know how many developers who run a discord follow me, but we got bitten by and found out about this insane private channel security hole today, so hopefully this will help you avoid this...

Does anybody who follows me work at Google or YouTube and care about games or know somebody who does? There is no way to set the game with the YouTube Data API, and their algorithmic game detection is incredibly broken. Help?

Do any of you work at discord or know somebody moderately technical there? I'm having some trouble getting some reproducible bugs past your tier 1 tech support people (who are all very nice at least!) and it'd be good to be able to get these bugs to some PM there with a clue.

Does anybody who reads this stream on youtube? I'm thinking about extending the @SpyPartyStreams notifier to include youtube streams, but people don't seem to set the Game very often? If you stream on youtube, do you set the game? If not, why not?

Like most indies I know, I gather analytics and then never look at them. I played around a bit today while avoiding real work, and it got me curious, is it possible there is valuable stuff hidden in here that would help make SpyParty better, or nah?

I'm avoiding doing real work by messing with analytics, and this was kinda cool...for new users in their first session, the Spy wins over the Sniper 57/43%, by the time players are on their 30 session, it has shifted to 43/57%, mostly due to players getting better at Sniper.

Every panicked run-up to PAX I get out the ancient android phones we use for game sales on the show floor, and I hesitantly update the @Square app, and it has worked flawlessly every time. Good on them for keeping it running on so many devices!

My sleep-deprived prefrontal cortex thought I should make a tiny change on the SpyParty blog right before PAX. 48 hours and a series of farcical decisions later, the blog is unchanged but I had to update php and my personal homepage looks like My First MediaWiki Install.

Also, the SpyParty private beta forums are currently rocking the default phpbb style because I broke that too. It was really a deeply professionally satisfying 48 hours. Computers are terrible. On to stuff that actually matters for PAX...

I know I'm old, but I really wish there was more respect for netiquette on big sites...a recent twitter update made even clicking a tweet link not work without cookies, which is rude, but also busted using google translate on a tweet, and so there are all these knock on effects.
