Today the SEC notified the court that it “...does not intend to file an amended complaint...” and their deadline to do so has expired. The Court previously dismissed the SEC’s entire case. Richard Heart, PulseChain, PulseX, and HEX have defeated the SEC completely and have achieved regulatory clarity that nearly no other coins have. They're now safer to work with in ways that almost no other coins are. The SEC walked away from some other cryptocurrency cases voluntarily, but this is the only case where the SEC lost and crypto won across the board, with a dismissal in court of every single claim the SEC brought. This is a victory for open-source software, cryptocurrency, and free speech. The SEC actually sued software code itself in this case, claiming it could be an alter ego of a person. This would have set a terrible precedent and caused perhaps multiple billions of dollars of damage to the vital open source and free software industry that powers most of the Internet and your speech on it.

JUST IN: Coinbase has leaked clues about listing PulseChain. The whole network. A senior support manager at @Coinbase has written to the SENS Foundation, “Coinbase may begin to provide support for [the PulseChain network]” 🧾 “…[you’d] automatically receive these [pDAI] funds in your account” 🧾 ———— WHAT IT MEANS Millions of users could be onboarded to PulseChain—via accessing their airdropped tokens on Coinbase. THE CONTEXT In August 2021: $27,500,000 on ETH was donated by PulseChain sacrificers (before the fork existed) to Aubrey DeGrey’s longevity research at SENS. In May 2023: PulseChain launched—quickly becoming the most thriving fork of ETH. In Oct 2023: Several million dollars worth of the forked copy of DAI (300,000,000) was sent to Aubrey via SENS—but got trapped on Coinbase due to Coinbase’s lack of support for PulseChain (PLS). pDAI is the un-backed copy of the DAI stable-coin and currently trades for under a penny. pDAI has the loudest sub-community on 𝕏—who dream of it hitting $1 parity. pDAI is the first meme coin in the category of “speculative stable-coins”, a literally funny oxymoron capturing the spirit of crypto. News of the possible Coinbase network listing leaked tonight—as Mati Allin has recently started to put pressure on the longevity researchers to use their influence to get PLS supported by Coinbase. Mati runs the online @pulsechain and has worked in both research and clinical therapy. But SENS aren’t the only ones stuck waiting for Coinbase to support PulseChain. In fact—millions of Coinbase users have been airdropped funds from the ETH-PulseChain fork and need support from Coinbase to use the network. Judge Amon said there was no credible evidence of fraud. She also seemed pissed in court that the SEC didn’t mention the $27M raised for charity but were obsessed with $12M of luxury goods (less than 1%) from the ~$1.7B sacrifices. PulseChain is “made in America” because more than half the 47,000 validators are on US soil. Our decentralized community boasts $100M bridged in and deca-millions in stable coins. PulseChain is associated with HEX, a token on ETH that did 10,000x in 2019-2021. Both were founded by Richard Heart, a Bitcoin billionaire. UniSwap, the largest DEX on ETH, re-listed HEX just this week. Recap: 1. Richard's team is fucking stellar. 2. The judge was VERY prepared and asked a lot of pointed questions that she obviously needed direct answers to in order to make her decision. 3. Richard's team, in general, gave more specific and definitive answers to the judge's questions. 4. The SEC had trouble clearing the hurdle of proving domestic securities transactions. This is big. That alone could end this case. When the judge asks you "where does the blockchain live" and you can't answer, that's a problem. 5. We not only packed the courtroom full, but needed an overflow courtroom to hold everyone that showed up. That will definitely make an impression on the judge. 6. Did I mention that Richard's team is gangster? Holy fuck these guys are good. Michael Liftik and David Kirk argued today. I'm just glad I never had to go up against people that good. Damn. 7. Expect 60-ish days for a decision. Could be denied entirely, granted in part, or granted in full. I don't make predictions, but I do like how the hearing went. 8. @MatiAllin and I just did a space. We discussed a lot of details about what happened. I also know @rhmaximalist did a stream that I was hoping to join, but missed his message about the time. My bad.
