My brother, do you not understand the purpose of high density housing in a mixed use location?
They don’t need a car. That’s the whole point.

Hating home flippers makes no sense to me.
By improving a neighboring home, they raise the value of your property — with zero effort or expenses on your behalf. They assume ALL the risk. And they don’t even hold onto the house as a rental.
But yeah tax evasion is bad, too.
