the past few days haven't been great for me. i wasn't able to execute trades confidently, even when i had a clear thesis that the market would push into the 82k–85k range before dumping, after reflecting on it, i realized the problem wasn't my analysis it was the noise. after a few losing trades, i started consuming too much content: watching traders' videos, scrolling x, and constantly listening to what everyone else was saying. slowly, my decisions started being influenced by others instead of my own conviction.
yesterday, i decided to do the opposite. i opened a short on sol, set my stop-loss and take-profit, and then completely disconnected. no videos, no market calls, no chart watching. when i woke up, my tp had been hit.
a good reminder that sometimes the best trade is trusting your own research and staying away from the noise.
