@LifeMiles Hi! It’s currently impossible to book any Lifemiles awards online. I can select the dates, but it won’t go any further. Please pass it on to the appropriate department. Lots of others are reporting the same issue.

@LifeMiles Both your app and mobile site are broken. I’ve tried for couple of hours to search for a flight. After picking dates it gets endlessly stuck on the“departure flight” loading screen

Same issue here Kate I already sent screenshot bit the issue persists since they upgraded... the App and site it seems. @LifeMiles please look into this urgently as many people are encountering issues with the new version of your app or site.

@LifeMiles When are you going to fix the website? I have been trying for three days to use miles to purchase a ticket. Once I pick the dates, I never get available flight information.
