The Plan To Make $100k/mo with systems. In 2024 I made over $100,000 selling Notion Templates as digital products. This year, the goal is to 10x and reach $100k/mo. However, the goal isn't actually the money. The goal is to become the type of person who makes the money. Because business is just self-improvement at scale. Self-improvement is solving your own problems. Business is solving other people’s problems. And here's how I plan to scale my business in 2025: 1. Systemization Agency Systems run the business, people run the systems. Without systems, your business is just a high-paying job you can’t quit. I am scaling my Notion Automation agency to help more business owners build a system-based business. 2. Selling Digital Products. The work is the product. Sell solutions, not time. The systems I build for myself and my clients will become content and digital products. This content & digital products will generate passive income and attract more high-ticket clients. 3. Creating My Niche When you follow your own vision, you attract people who align with it. When you follow your audience, you attract people who will leave when you change. The goal isn’t more followers. The goal is better followers. If you don’t lead, they won’t follow. I create the content that's missing from the world. 4. Personal Brand Automation & Authenticity is a spectrum. You can't automate authenticity. Trust is the most valuable currency today, so my strategy is to be authentic. I will document my journey, show my work, and share the systems I build along the way. 5. Daily Emails A social media following is a rented audience. But an email is an asset. Every email is an opportunity to learn & earn. Daily Emails. Daily insights. Daily Offers. And that's it. But last year taught me that burnout happens when you give too much and receive too little. So here are my boundaries for 2025: 1. No free access. Time is the most expensive currency. I only spend it on people who value it. If you want my time, you must be a customer or client. Value is an exchange. 2. Limited spots. With unlimited scale comes unlimited stress. I will cap my spots and not take on any clients once it's filled. I work with clients who see my value. If they don’t, I don’t convince them. I replace them. Growth without constraints leads to collapse. If you don't set boundaries you'll burn out. 3. Consistency. Consistency creates competence. One digital product per month. One YouTube video per week. One email & offer per day. I’m not doing this for likes or views. I'm not an entertainer. I’m doing this to solve problems & make money. I'm an educator. This is the plan. Now it’s time to execute. Join the daily newsletter. I’ll update you as I go.

Open up a tool like Figma or Miro and map your systems visually with boxes, connections, and colors. Seeing your business architecture exposes what’s broken before it breaks you.

McDonald's succeeds not because of brilliant employees, but because a system allows average people to deliver extraordinary consistency. Systems > Skills.

Most businesses run on memory, not systems. When knowledge lives only in heads, you can’t scale. Build a Company Brain instead.

The purpose of systems is leverage: to do more with less time & energy, not to keep building systems

Every operational decision either saves you time, energy, and money or slowly bleeds them out.

Ask yourself: if you disappeared for 30 days, would your business still deliver the same quality? If not, your system is broken.

Tools don’t scale your business. Systems do. - Audit your tool stack - Centralize your processes - Stop burning energy on context switching The fewer tools your team switches between, the more productive they’ll be.

The best systems aren’t the most complex. They’re the ones people actually use.

Most service providers think their job ends when the work is complete. The truth? That’s when the real work begins: adoption, refinement, and optimization.

I’m not just using Notion. I’m thinking in Notion.

We think we’re multitasking. We’re not. We’re just draining our brain’s battery one tab at a time.

Turn processes trapped in your head into SOPs: 1) record a voice note 2) feed it to AI 3) add visuals 4) test it with someone else.

Look at your calendar last week: What could you eliminate, automate, or delegate? Only do what truly needs your unique skills.

If your business isn’t running on systems but on people, then you’re not running a business, you’re running a human help desk.

Every day you stay scattered, distracted, and procrastinated is another day you’re not becoming the organized, successful person you could be. My Life OS is not just a template. It’s the way to become who you want to be. lifeosdashboard.com

Every repeated question from your team isn’t incompetence, it’s a missing system. Build once, answer forever.
