This brazen manipulation of the voting protocol is a feature — not a flaw — of the Philly Dem establishment. I’ve witnessed the same tactics on full display in City Cmte & at State Cmte meetings.
Now, I hope they’ll investigate the root of the problem: the party bylaws.
