We made it back from this 100km adventure round Hampshire just before 5pm!! Thanks for all the support and messages. This team has done amazing, none of them had ridden anywhere near this distance before, some were just riding a couple mile rides with us just a year ago!

We are super excited for @CycleSoton this Saturday!! We will be in spin city & a bunch of is will also be taking part in the 100km ride on a couple refurbished road bikes we did up before the summer...some of these guys only were riding 5 miles with us a year ago! #couchto100k
