When Netflix wanted to clamp down on password sharing, they utilized a major software change to make that happen. When OpenAI wants to clamp down on password sharing, it will just instruct ChatGPT and ChatGPT will give it an accuarate number of users per account.

If you have multiple personalities or you are an upcoming Elon Musk -running 5 different startups, too sad. You will have to explain to Big Brother that you are an upcoming or serial entrepreneur. Of course, you can always appeal any adverse decision. You just need a pro account.

Once again, I insist that the inclination of NDPC and FCCPC to impose hefty fines like American and (especially) European regulators for data and consumer protection infringes, does not serve the market or the users any good.

All of a sudden, every adviser in the camp of the newbie politician is hatching a plan to shake people up, so that they can stop 'false accusations' & let 'Oga' focus on govt. Before you know it, a trigger-happy police man or thug kills somebody who was meant to be threatened.

That death becomes an initiation into what will end up as a deadened conscience. Sometimes, the death is not physical. It is the attack on compassion. The reminder that "Oga, even if you kill yourself for this people, they will move on". That, to me is how leaders become evil

I’ve interviewed a large number of Nigerian grads under 26 over the past 2yrs, and honestly, we have a serious communication problem on our hands.
This isn’t about accents.
It’s about people making elementary grammatical errors and struggling to articulate their thoughts.
I wanna say something but you guys have to promise not to drag me😭

Imagine that the last time Obama (& Biden's) Twitter was hacked gen AI for video was this advanced and the hack was by an actor seeking to sow non-Bitcoin disinfo. Imagine seeing a fake video from a world leader announcing something grave via their X account that has been hacked.

One of the major reasons students fail JAMB especially in remote villages is because they have never touched a computer until on the exam date. They experience technology shock on the exam day. These are students taught parts of computer on a black board. WAEC may be transitioning to CBT in 2026 and that will be a big challenge if we don’t close digital divide amongst students especially in remote places.

Man Proposes, God Disposes! It has been established that a technical glitch affected 157 centres out of the 887 centres in the 2025 UTME. This was basically responsible for the general low performance of the candidates scheduled to sit the examination in those centres.

This is why it is sad when people mock Christians in Nigeria who pray to God about 'everything'. Because how do you explain that an institution like JAMB may have been messing up the lives of young students FOR YEARS

Raises serious questions about the whole Mmesoma girl episode and the very grave possibility that an institution as influential as JAMB may have bullied a young girl
To think that there are potentially so many young students whose lives have been upended by false results from JAMB. The scale of 'I don't care' is staggering

If a Nigerian fintech launches a product in the belief that their existing license serves that product, does it serve any purpose for a reporter to impatiently poke a regulator (that hasn't demonstrated flair for innovation) to annoy them about the 'lack of licensing'?

I still cannot get over the fear that Paystack was hit with a 250 million Naira fine that seemed to have been triggered by an 'inadvertent' hit piece.

For the record, no fintech should launch a product except they are 100% sure that they have a license or approval for it. Also, no reporter should rush to cast aspersions on the standing of a company that has a track record of good behaviour, after a hasty investigation.
