Bingung banget sama cust service bank di Indonesia, terutama U** dan J***** (kcuali bank BCA yang sejauh ini paling membantu). Kasus udah sebulan di anggurin gaada kejelasan disuru nunggu terus tiap hari. Tim internal gabisa disentuh udah kaya Royal King, tapi update ga ada 🤡
