Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I have so much to be thankful for. The biggest thing I’m thankful for is that @ImposeCost is not over seas in a war zone. He’s been gone for so many holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions. It’s so nice to have him home!

My son and daughter have a Disco themed dance at school today. My daughter comes downstairs wearing all purple.

I need a good weight training regimen to build some muscle. Anybody got a good one they would like to share? I have dumbbells, barbell with squat rack, adjustable bench, and some resistance bands.
