In times of stress, your most significant responsibility as a leader will be to reduce your team's anxiety. Instead of focusing on what you "can't do" celebrate what you "can do" and highlight your team's tenacious effort. Hard work and positivity are contagious.

There will be no high stakes testing this year, and yet all over America educators have continued to teach and inspire their students online. I hope the powers that be realize we do what we do because we love children and not because a test is held over our heads.
