After ten years of classroomchef.com, the website will sunset later this month. The connected internet has grown far beyond our collection of links, and while there are now thousands of math networks, were are proud of our contribution to the early ones. 👨🏼‍🍳👨🏼‍🍳

Solid collection here. Many we’ve heard of and promote, and dozens that are new to us (and global!)

Today was a lot of fun with #mulletratio in geometry. Student comments included: That’s a literal party That’s not a mullet that’s a horse tail. They’ve got no business. s/o to @MrVaudrey for original content and a @desmosclassroom lesson to remix. (teacher.desmos.com/activityb…)

For as much as the #mulletratio is intended to judge mullets mathematically… …there is something to be said for style points.
obsessed with the kids who made the finals of the USA Mullet Championships and their absolutely fucked up names

Math Symposium Saturday for @westadaschools with @MrVaudrey sharing how to ✨Make Failure Cheap✨ Opening with #Estimation180 and asking for responses “BRAVER than…” a number. We love this nuance in language that builds bravery in our Ss! #WestAdaMath #WeAreWestAda

Still free. Still with lifetime customer support.
Looking to get kids arguing about math? Check out wouldyourathermath.com from John Stevens. Lots of great "Would you rather..." scenarios that require math to win the argument.

As schools and districts start to think about their plans for supporting students this summer, this is a reminder that @TableTalkMath has a summer course series for elementary students. In it are 12 spaced out lessons to keep learning fun over the summer, with videos & handouts.

Broke: Ugh, I'm so sick of the Google Drive share requests for resources! It's like 3 per day! Woke: Wow, how cool that teachers across the continent are *still* using stuff they saw in our workshop. 🥰 #MTBOS #EdTech

Right now, @mrvaudrey is sitting in Hilton Palm Canyon at #CMCmath, the same room where he and @jstevens009 first did a workshop together at this conference eight years ago. x.com/Jstevens009/status/396…

What a great way to end an amazing weekend. Feeling fortunate to work alongside @MrVaudrey during #cmcsouth

That's also the workshop where we met @MathButler and bonded over his suggestion that we put a plate of ketchup below Barbie Bungee so there's a consequence for an unsafe jump. Rest of the room: Ugh! Us: Cool!

Anyway, Vaudrey's feeling nostalgic, and the fact that we're all masked only compounds it. We like this conference a lot. #CMCmath ~MV

This was a game changer in my class today. No more nagging or cajoling during endless transitions. No more Charlie Brown's teacher impersonations. Instant by in by my 5/6 class. Thank you to @mrvaudrey for sharing. Music Cues mrvaudrey.com/music/ via @mrvaudrey

Having young kids (and leaving them at home) makes these long travel days hit different. 4-hour flight? Super! 2.5 hour layover? I'll get coffee AND finish my lunch in one sitting. I might read a book ^and^ watch Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon in the skies above Chicago.
Yeah, we're gonna need pictures. As Soon As Possible.
