Directed by William Lustig and written by Larry Cohen, the film sees the undead officer Matt Cordell return to the streets of New York City, this time forming an uneasy alliance with a violent serial killer. Featuring bigger action sequences, more brutal kills, and an even darker tone, MANIAC COP 2 expanded the mythology while doubling down on the gritty urban atmosphere that made the first film a cult favorite. Fun fact: Star Robert Davi performed many of his own stunts during the film's action scenes, including several dangerous sequences involving moving vehicles. The movie's ambitious stunt work helped give it a scale that far exceeded its modest budget. Grind everything and marinate your protein Grill on a pan anywhere from 5 to 15 mins depending on the choice of protein. Sprinkle a dash of chat masala (optional). I barely used one spray of oil.
