@BestBuy and @GeekSquad are not honoring their service appointments. Had a repair scheduled for today and it was cancelled by them. Because they messed up and no one can come out this week. So I have to wait another two weeks to get my tv fixed.

Now, I get why big brick and motet stores like @BestBuy are #goingoutof business. It doesn’t help that customer service in @GeekSquad is tone death and non-accommodating. This is why the @amazon us winning.
