My @Zoom account was hacked and a lot of money spent by the hacker on god knows what. I have been waiting for over a week for zoom to sort this out and have just been fobbed off and told nothing. Furious. I will take this further. £1000s lost and they simply don’t care.

.@WarwickCastle very frustrated at having my hotel changed last minute, then being sent in circles on your website trying to contact someone, then being told no calls are being taken. I filled in a form but would appreciate someone getting back to me asap.
