probably because islamophobia ain't just "I hate islam" but a tool used by the west to enable genocide and systemic discrimination against brown people labelling them as "savages". Israel did a survey that proved that islamophobia was the best way to buy consent for the genocide

it’s very hard for children to view their parents as people
generally our society doesn’t view mothers as people first
including themselves eventually due to all the conditioning
and conversations about this challenge core beliefs so ppl get disturbed and offended

this is also why surah al kahf is also repetitively pretty stern about letting people choose and let disbelievers be disbelievers and telling the Prophet PBUH that his job is explicitly just to deliver the message and nothing more
