This weekend I completed my first 72hr water fast. My last meal was at 11:30AM on Thursday and I ate again on Sunday at noon. That first 24-30hr was the hardest part, but for the way I feel this week, totally worth it! I think I’ll be doing this twice a year now.

Climbed our 100’ grain leg yesterday to grease it up and swap the belts. Love the view from up here, but dang, it’s always a harder climb than I remember!😅 But man, gazing across these endless fields?
