Devin Harper.
He did not get an invite to the NFL Combine, but his 40.5" vertical would have tied for second-highest among linebackers.
Harper also ran a sub-4.5 40 (unofficial). Only three linebackers did that at this year's Combine.

Amen Ogbongbemiga was born in Nigeria in '98, moved to Houston in '03 and then moved again to Calgary in '11. Along the way, he became determined to play football. Now, the Oklahoma State linebacker is on the precipice of doing so in the NFL.
