Yesterday, Akash Accelerate 2025 brought together hundreds of attendees and 25 industry leaders to map the future of DeAI, DePIN, and energy. The day culminated in a keynote by @gregosuri on how Akash is shaping the frontier of open infrastructure for AI.

Akash set a new all-time high with daily fees, and GPU utilization reached 68%, which is the highest for any compute network, decentralized or otherwise. Akash also experienced 1700% YoY growth in user fees in the past quarter. Fundamentals are strong and getting stronger. We were able to achieve this record level of growth and utilization while being fully open-source, with every activity recorded on-chain and verifiable. The Akash community now feels strongly about growing the GPU supply with on-chain incentives and verifiable compute.
