A caution for mid-level and senior tech pros:
Not every recruiter contacting you has a direct relationship with the hiring company. Some are sourcing from job boards while pitching senior-level work at below-market rates.
Ask: Whoâs the client? Whatâs the pay? Is it direct or through vendors?
Also, consistent recruiter outreach is usually a sign your resume is working. Know your value and donât settle for lowball offers.
