Heats are now completed and whilst a ok swim by Jen she was a little off her PB and is 2nd reserve for final.
Ethan swim was right on PB which is great and goes into the final in 4th place.
We will be watching later. #swimenglandnationals

English Nationals again today.
We are raring to go on this bright and early Sunday morning with Jen and Ethan in this mornings heats.
Both have an excellent chance of making finals but on a 50 they need to be sharp.
