Love a good anthology. Just finished Vol. I of Year’s Best NZ Science Fiction & Fantasy from @paperroadpress. I was delighted to discover such tasty, inventive and distinct morsels.
“Common Denominator” by @MelHardingShaw is about a woman trialling a media chip implanted in her brain. She has to decide what to do when the results have unexpected consequences. That was my best fist pump moment of the anthology.
