Had an honour of performing TKR on a retired policeman who served during the night of 26/11 Mumbai attack. Two weeks later, he walked into my clinic, pain-free and without support. His salute meant everything but he is the one who actually deserve it. Serve someone who served us!

I think all manage their time till they hv a baby but main issue is timely breast feeding. Our female colleagues are not getting sufficient time to look after their child as the seniors do not allow if not taunt them if a lady asks time to go and breastfeed baby in between work!
